For making application to potential employers for current and future vacancies and submitting applications to potential employers to whom we feel the details may be of interest.
We may also provide details of telephone and email or other forms of communication to facilitate progressing an application
We may also pass your details to our visa agent purely for the purposes of visa application or document attestation.
Any documentation and information provided will be kept securely and when sent outside of our premises such as to visa agents or returned to you this will be sent by registered post or special delivery or by courier.
Other than these instances your personal information will never be divulged to a third party without your consent.
We will keep your CV and information file for 2 years. After this time we will then email you highlighting our data policy and you will be given the choice to either have your file deleted or kept on record. Any CVs that have had no activity on them after 12 months will be set up for auto delete.
